Our beef is prepared by our butcher to offer you steaks whose complex taste and unparalleled tenderness are the result of a long dry-aging process. Cooking them on a charcoal grill fully preserves their quality – a delight for the taste buds!
On the menu, our chef, who is among the greatest cooks around, also offers you his famous Italian-style milk-fed veal parmigiana, his very French Chateaubriand Bouquetière, his renowned Manchon des Voltigeurs chicken breast, and his double cut lamb chops.
