The Rib' is one of five restaurants in Montreal that has won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Merging two delectable elements; dry aged USDA Prime corn fed beef, and an international wine list that, expresses our love for California, but also nods to the world's noble wine making region. Our wine list is carefully chosen to match perfectly our cuisine. We also have a fully stocked bar, with premium vodkas, single malts, scotch, fine Italian grappa and cognac.
