As a long time culinary aficionado, Rib'n Reefs General Manager better known as Mr. Abdo, possesses an intimate working knowledge of the restaurant business. With years of comprehension and a strong passion for the industry, Abdo worked up the ladder until he began his relationship with the Reef in January 2002 when he was personally hired for his hospitality expertise by the restaurants owner, Peter Katsoudas.

"We are not simply a steakhouse; we are a fine dining establishment. We are not simply trained to serve food; rather we are educated in servicing our customers, and ensuring that they endure the true steakhouse experience. The rustic ambiance, the cellar, the quality of meats and seafood is incomparable…we don’t even need music, the sounds of laughter and boastful conversation fill the air…and it is my job to ensure that all of these elements remain constant!"

While restaurant management remains the core of Abdo’s professional life, time in the kitchen still plays an active role in his career. His has a strong love for creating his own personal cuisine and this familiarity with both aspects of the industry continues to bring a unique flavour to each customer’s dining experience.
